Holy fuck. This is deserving of a multibillion $ lawsuit. Unless they actually have a taped conversation with the business owner where he explicitly tells the undercover police guy to bring him crack cocaine, this is such a horrible breach of the law that it should cause a major shakedown. Intentionally framing innocent people for crimes they didn't commit must be #1 on the list of all awful things that police could ever do. It's the complete antithesis of their (supposed) reason for existence.
