Korea and Japan seem to be the most desperate for english teachers as some companies will pay for your transportation there and set you up with boarding and they pay well. It is not hard to find across south america, but the pay is minimal. These places only require fluency in english, but countries like israel and saudi arabia require up to a master's degree in teaching english.
