Well, being a psycho is always genetic. That shit can pass through via cultural/memetic inheritance, so killing people with death penalty won't stop it.

Death penalty has never proven to be a good deterrence.

If anything, terrorists want to die so they can go to heaven and have 70 vigins.

If they only had RSD and Mystery in the Middle East, maybe the twin towers would still be standing.
