+1 for cougars at the roxy, I've been a few times and it's definitely an older crowd. I heard granville island is cougar paradise but either way they are a long ways from Delta unfortunately.

Something is seriously off with the ratio, i would put it at almost 2:1 girls:guys and loads of fly girls everywhere, my head was on a swivel when I was there yesterday.
