I don't know what it is that creates them, but I agree with Roosh. While I'm convinced homosexuality is primarily a genetic phenomenon, there is some kind of culture/nature component at work here as well.
Athlone why do you think culture promotes effeminization of black people or do you think this is a myth? Dave Chapelle in a dress and such or is that just hype?
