America isn't so segregated that you have to go to black neighborhoods like South Cental to find black women, you can go to the major bars and clubs in any city with a sizable black population and you will find some. You can game them like you would any American girl.
I've sarged a lot of black women, in fact right now I just got back from spending the night with a black girl at her apartment- I have never had a problem from black men from being with a black girl.
A word of advice here- if you get to the United States, don't say any type of generalization about black people or black culture. (such as black women being jealous and insecure). You'll just come across as ignorant.
