Since it is an insular circlejerk for crazy feminists, SRS has developed something akin to its own culture and language. The term "shitlord" is a part of that. Its a term lots of the feminists there use to describe "misogynists", and it is very commonly applied to men by the feminazis there.
If this was a troll then, as others have said in here, he/she deserves a pulitzer. Whoever made the post was very clearly intimate with SRS feminist culture and integrated it seamlessly into the post.
My guess is that this is real, but I suppose anyone could be right.
