Would be interesting to hear other people's experience in working on self development.
i started off by using some of eckhart tolle's books and audio products; then got myself the sedona method and currently am experimenting with chakra healing
the results after spending about 18 months doing this:
-the chronic lower back/shoulder/neck pain i had been having for more than 10 years has improved by about 80%; i had seen numerous specialists (physiotherapists, chiropractors etc) before who couldn't do anything about these complaints
-i'm sleeping better/longer
-i've lost weight
-i'm less angry/frustrated than i used to be though there is still some way to go with this
-i'm less nervous and more confident overall
