Just text her 'what you up to?' banter back and forth with some light hearted messages for a couple of texts and then tell her you're going shopping/to a cool bar/to a party etc. on whatever day and ask her if she wants to come. Just play it cool,if she says she's busy or can't make it be cool about it and text her next week using tbe same formula again. This is why when you go for the number it's best to always invite her out at the same time so you know it's on: 'what's your number,I'm going out on Friday to a new club so i'll let you tag along if you promise to not be all grabby with me'.
