FSU winter depression also stops peoples game for a few months. I remember not going out much myself. There was so much slippery ice on the sidewalks i would actually fall on my ass and slide for like 8-10 feet. Large ice sharp as knives fall off the roofs and can kill you. Trust me game hypernates when you got month after month of this shit.
This bears repeating. When you don't see sun for 4 months, the weather is arctic cold, and street life comes to a stand-still, your game swagger will quickly turn into a frosty, depressed grimace.
Now imagine year after year after year of such winters, and you can see why bang rates will decline from the initial euphoric highs.
