I was in Ukraine for over a month, and paid for 3 meetings total. The agency did not make ANY money on me - not that I planned it that way. And, they all become "friends" of sorts and extended themselves often with favors, etc... Without the normal transactional mentality that is common in Colombia, for example.

lol, i can not say for sure. i am not sure how some small city agencies work. i do remember a agency owner i n kherson wh o actually would telL the girls to END the meetings short so she ca n sell more NAMES.
My tip still stands go by your own gut feelings not what they tell you .You have to understand if 10 years ago they had to protect tier database fro m not being depleted it has to be eve n worst for them now. Its a much smaller amount of females wh o are interested in marrying to move abroad than 10 years ago so they cant afford to lose too many of the girls they have. ofcourse i am sure to get references they have to help some relationships get off the ground.
Obvious its better than using Mamba where 90% of girls want locals.
