There are examples that go along the guy saying "Hey let's hang out" and the girl is having an anxiety attack wondering what it means.

And the girl asks... 'Is he into me?' What the fuck? And a quarter of the girls (13/13+38) who give a decisive answer say yes!

On the other hand, there's one where she gets a response from a guy she banged, he's non-committal, but the verdict is unanimous that he's not into her. I guess they see the 'fuck and run' tack as very ominous indeed.
