You always pay for sex. Always. You may think its not a transaction because there is no direct exchange of currency, but you are paying one way or the other. Time, emotion, maybe nicer clothes, maybe an extra 15 minutes in the gym.
When you are that wealthy money means nothing to you. If a really hot chick you are talking to in a club says she would fuck you for 5 bucks, are you going to say no to her? Rooney makes over $150 000 a week. He probably spent like 2% of his weeks pay for a night of no strings attached sex with a chick he wanted to fuck anyway.
