A mexican friend just told me that there is a history of women in Guad being kidnapped to be used as prostitutes. That is why women here can be friendly but not want to be isolated. Mafia will send guys to drug them at clubs and then extract them to other cities or countries. Its known as a good place to find beautiful women for sex slaves.
I think social circle game is ideal here. Become everyones friend and then when she gets to know you strike when you have the opportunity. But of course, ONL are possible but I am told not nearly as easy as D.F. or some other places.
