Great post Slubu. Wish we had more of these. Im from New York but the lack of closing seems troubling. I am not a great New York fan anymore, but if one is staying there long term, has game and money then the opportunities are endless. But for a short term stint, I would not recommend unless you are a fond of blue balls and have money to burn.
