If it will be a clear, marked improvement and you have the extra cash, go for it. I didn't want to make this a discussion about the OP; he may or may not be the best candidate for it given his issues.

I have two relatives who are brother and sister, who got nose jobs. I think their father did too. They seem happy with it.

Also, I heard that procedures in Thailand, Singapore, et al are just as good as the doctors here and much cheaper. Go to Thailand, get a nose job at a cut rate, then party with those handsome ladyboys . Definitely do your due diligence first though.

I believe the Thais are the best at sexual reassignment surgery in the world. Lots of Americans go there because they do an excellent job, and yes, it's much cheaper. Who knows how many guys are banging chicks that have surgically constructed pussies. I saw a piece on cable about male to female, and female to male reassignment surgery. Fascinating how they do it. Here, dads pay for their daughter's nose jobs as graduation presents. In the last 10 years or so, there's been a leap in the amount of men getting cosmetic procedures, and I'm not talking about botox or nose jobs to fix crooked bridges or to fix deviated septums. I'm talking about pec and calf implants, and lipo. More and more men are saying fuck it, why not?
