Who is pushing blind worship in this thread? I did not vote for President Trump, but even a half-assed track-record that preserves, and perhaps restores, our Constitutional Republic is still far superior than full-assed socialism.
From a personal perspective, President Trump really screwed me with the new tax plan and the elimination of tax-deferred retained earnings on offshore business income, but I look at the big picture. I would rather pay higher taxes in my own personal situation if it means preserving the Constitutional Republic, the Bill of Rights, and some semblance of fiscal sanity.
It was very obvious that President Obama was in way over his head and had very poor political instincts (not in terms of getting elected, but in regards to actually getting things done). As a result, the nation suffered. As a political novice, I expected the same from President Trump (similar to the fiasco in California with Arnold Schwarzenegger), but he has shown a rather surprising political deftness and an admirable drive towards accomplishment.
Obama was not much more than a figurehead, with limited power and influence. He's a 3rd generation deep state kid, groomed for this role because he's very slick, and can manipulate the masses to feel good about themselves with that fake MLK feel good vibe.
His mother worked for the deep state at the Ford Foundation, where her boss was Tim Geithner's father. Geithner was the guy who engineered the $9 trillion taxpayer money giveaway to the banksters, in what was the greatest money transfer in the history of mankind. So Obama wasn't way over his head, he knew exactly what he was doing, and is on his way to reaching 9 figure wealth, and we already have socialism for the oligarchs, subsidized by the middle classes. And it's not like Mnuchin or Wilbur Ross (both Rothschild people) who are going to change that...
