Grand Cafe is good too. I spent a rainy afternoon there reading and drinking coffee to get out of a sudden downpour.
It has a classy vibe (they had a cute hostess at the entrance) and nice interior. Since it was empty when I was there during the day I don't know whether the night crowd would be p4p or not, but I think most lizards would be impressed.
Vasilki is a good place for local food, but although it's not divey I don't consider it high-end.
