Yep, I see it regularly here in Melbourne. Any given Saturday or Sunday afternoon during the warmer months you'll see guys running around approaching (and unfortunately spam approaching) girls on the street or in the shopping mall.
I'm quite surprised that most of the other posters on this thread have never witnessed any daygame. Maybe it's one of those things where you have to be a daygamer yourself to really notice it. Game recognises game in a literal sense.
