I you are really sure what can you get with your value, you won't hesitate in doing p4p (if you already like it) and it won't damage your self esteem.
I have a rule. Lets say that my best score was a 7.5. So, if I See a hooker that is below that and i am sure that i could seduce her and get her with time and effort, then I have no problem at all in doing p4p with her.
