Depends on what you mean by "expert". I've spent 1-2 years in multiple different countries each, slept with dozens or hundreds of local women in each of them and in some I couldn't tell you the name of their current commander in chief, who the biggest local celebrities are or which year in history they became an independent nation. I might know what type of music the local chicas are into, what foods they like to eat and how the people's thought processes and temperaments in general are like though.
