Seriously though, how do you make it well into your 30's and not know you have cystic fibrosis? Its a terrible disease and most children with it die in infancy. If you live, and you're lucky, you can maybe make it to 40 while living a debilitated life.

EDIT: His hands do appear to be clubbed so maybe the fact he does have CF is true. But the guy made millions... clearly he's smart enough to know that people with CF don't have vas deferens.
