Whatever works for you - great. But most of this stuff is bullshit. Psychoanalysis is the only stuff I believe in because there's a 100 year body of literature, peer review and aggressive debate behind it. The problem with it is that it's out of the reach of most people financially. This is one of the best ways that you can leverage your income.
Feeling demoralized? Yeah, that's fucking life man. Most things worth a damn take time. It WILL help you, however, eventually.
