And Western girls can smell that from a mile away. They're merciless, too, you're getting nowhere unless your looks can compensate for it, and you better be damn good looking if that's the case.
On the other hand, foreign girls, because of the language barrier and other factors, will sometimes not catch on to these issues at first. If they spend enough time with those guys, though, they'll figure it out too, and then the guy's back to square one.
It's not just genuinely autistic guys that have issues getting laid in the West; simply being reserved and introverted is enough to make girls assume you're socially retarded. You really need to be extraverted and outgoing, with a penchant for clown game.
For example, I do fine on tinder dates because the dynamics of a one-on-one conversation are completely different from a group situation, and much more amenable to introverts. But I absolutely fail at night game or social circle game.
I haven't been to the Philippines, but I've banged two Filipinas here in Australia. I've banged >10 Indonesians. Girls from South-East Asia, in my experience, are WAY more forgiving of introversion than Western girls.
