But whatever, I'm going to assume you are location independent since you made money through Amazon here is what I would do if I were in your place:
1. Travel for a while. Someone said before that you maybe haven't had time to experience and learn to socialize like most people by being so invested in your business, this might come to bite you in the ass later if you don't learn how to treat people and read their intentions, specially if you have the kind of resources that attract certain kind of people.
Go to a holiday paradise in Asia or Europe in summer and get get a volunteer gig for a couple of months, you will meet and have fun with tons of people for short amounts of time, that would give you the chance to "practice" how to meet people many many times with little consequences because you will be meeting mostly travelers.
Then go to make a language course in a popular language study destiny, there will be tons of cute chicks and you will have a nice environment to practice your social circle skills.
Besides the social aspects of course during your travels you will have the opportunity to discover different places and business oportunities. At the end you will have great stories to share with people later.
2. Invest your money right. You won't keep making the same amount of money you are making right now forever if you are doing it in a way that anybody with little investment can get in (like most internet business) specially in Amazon, they are well known for finding what sells well and then offering it themselves.
Invest in physical business and mostly real state, I don't see how can you go wrong with having multiple apartments to rent.
Also now that you have traveled maybe you saw those cool apartments in I don't know, lets say Spain being so cheap and a great oportunity to rent them via Airbnb leaving someone in charge of it. That place could also be a great lifestyle asset for yourself to go alone or with friends.

With the money you have you can invest in hair saloons, spas and profitable business where hot women tend to flock. In fact you know what? you probably don't even need to invest in those places, you can befriend the gay hair dresser in the hot spot hair saloon and invite him to your amazing parties and do the same with the pilates teacher. If you offer them a good time they will keep bringing you great people.
You can also directly hire some popular girls and cool dudes to invite people to your house, give your guests the most amazing parties and you will have no problem finding more guests later, this probably will work way better if you are in small town with a young population with no so much to do compared to a big city.
If that does not give you enough sex you can even pull a Dan Bilzerian, flaunt your wealthy lifestyle through social networks and get a marketing expert to make you viral at least to the people in your city.
