Great tips. Personally I have had great success following the principles of the Southbeach Diet + incorporating intense cardio at the gym. I am a total sucker for brilliant Tex Mex with craft beer, chips and queso, and mexican garlic butter drizzled over my chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce. Also, cajun food with sauces made with a lot of butter - like crawfish etouffee. I am more interested in sustainable transformation vs. quick gains followed by the body screaming for rest, crap food, and rationalizing my way out of going to the gym. It is a never ending quest for results and balance.
