Nice sheet!

I'd avoid AC these days. Men will be much better off in other shore towns.

South Jersey: Wildwood, Avalon, Sea Isle.

North Jersey: Belmar, Point Pleasant, Seaside Heights. I've hard Asbury Park is getting way better can't confirm this.

Outside of Hoboken, Jersey City. North Jersey is great for two things:

MILFs

A lot of super wealthy people live in the suburbs. So lots of milfs and divorcee types. And wealthy towns in Essex, Bergan or Passaic County will be full of them. There aren't a lot of young women out in burbs past 22 or younger than 32. Its night and day compared to New York. If you're into day game, the malls in North Jersey are especially good to find women here.

Black chicks

Newark is probably one of the best cities for black girls. This is where a lot of people from the Caribbean settle when they immigrate to the United States. Think Jamaicans, Haitians, and Guyanese mostly. The surrounding suburbs of Newark also attract a lot of wealthier black women, which tend to be of better quality. Overall, not worth living there though.

I'll agree with Morristown, however, those you have been to other college towns will be deeply disappointed by Montclair.

Lambertville/New Hope is also popular with young folks. Along with Princeton, some state government employee live out there. A lot of homos though.

Depending on what you consider the border is between North and South, South Jersey is not a place to live if you're a young man. (Other then May to Sept down the shore) Just move into Philly. All the decent girls from that area go out in Old City in Philly anyway.

Final Conclusion about New Jersey. Move into Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Hoboken/Jersey City, or Center City Philly.

Went out for almost a year in Asbury. It's a fun place to hang out. Not a destination by any means but if you live within a half hour/45mins it might be worth hanging out there.
