So I’ve been no fap for a while now and haven’t noticed a difference I am currently switching my diet and I will look into nootropics I’m just getting off some pretty intense SSRI I have mild Autism so I wonder if that could be a factor but I have talk to some autistic people online who function at a higher level than me
