I really like Kiev too. I lived there 6 months last year. In my opinion it's a slight step down from Moscow, but infinitely cheaper and no visa hassles. Not a place to go only for the women. Also has a good energy.

In both places it's perfectly normal to act like a man.

So you live in Colombia where people are rather open and warm hearted and it's sunny and you like frozen Moscow where people are cold and hostile as fuck?
