The Bay blows more because of cost and logistics than the women IMO. Apart from spoiled ass white girls and SJWs in the city, the rest of the Bay does have some fine ass women. I lived in the South Bay for a couple years, daygamed heavily around Cupertino, Saratoga, Campbell, and San Jose. I found a diversity of beautiful women out here. The hardest thing will be logistics -- you may find yourself in a random ass part of Milpitas (like me) and end up super far from these girls.
WITH all that being said, black guys can definitely clean up here. There aren't that many black people outside of Oakland/Berkeley -- you won't find many in tech/the higher echelons of society. This is actually a good thing for black guys since they won't get tarred with the same negative stereotyping that affects Indian, Asian, and white tech workers in SF. Black guys are seen in a good light in liberal California and can slay in SF.
Note that SF and the rest of the Bay are pretty different. San Jose and SF are different worlds despite being half an hour away from each other. Hell the Mission and the Marina are different worlds despite being in the same city .

I honestly believe that stereotypes play a large role in female attraction. I think it's much more important than most of us imagine. This is why the stuff the media puts out is very important.

Also a woman's personal identity... how she views herself in the world also plays a large part in female attraction.

All of these factors are stacked against certain guys in the Bay Area. This is why I did really well with black and asian girls, but whites took twice the effort just to bag a 6. Of course this is just my own pet theory so maybe I'm wrong and I just don't calibrate my approach well with these girls.

You are correct. Stereotypes are everything. Social class is everything. Women will only pretty much only date guys in their social class, or *maybe* above if they are looking for a sugar daddy.

Santa Rosa/Davis/Sacramento shit on the Bay's quality of women anyday, for the girls I am into (and this is a big point, it sounds like you are into a different type of girl than I am).
