However, but just keep your mind open to the idea that the women in the bay area especially the white ones... treat you differently than they treat other men because of your ethnicity. A lot of women here chasing ethnic stereotypes and if you fit, you will find greater success.
I really think THAT is the disconnect. If you were an ethnic Indian programmer... I doubt you could pull even a quarter of the women you do now.
