I asked my uncle about this. Why Saturday?
His response? "Because if she's busy on a Saturday she's seeing someone else."
In any event, this is my point. It's very easy when a woman is into you, and you're the best thing she has going on. She'll be responsive to your texts, spend time with you, and generally drop what she's doing to bang. Ask her to come over and get pizza and watch Clueless. She's usually game.
If she's busy, she'll tell you that and reschedule. It's not "Oh, I'd love to see you, but my dog is sick!" It's "I'm at my mom's house but I'll be around tomorrow. Come over?"
This is a matter of calibration. I can always tell when she's seeing someone else or the interest is low. I've just been down this road so many times that it's not rocket science anymore.
She's either on the fence or she's all in. Either way...
