A little boy who decided he was a girl trapped in a boy's body has become one of the youngest-ever children to have his decision backed by the NHS - aged just four.

I would have, before I became better acquainted with the situation, blown this off as a fluke or oddity. It is no fluke. From the article:

The article goes on to describe that the school counseled his pupils about his valid decision and that the bathroom was changed to unisex for him. Authorities and government agencies validated and rewarded his decision - as a four year old. Apparently he got the idea he wanted to be a girl by watching Dora the Explorer - I wonder what kind of archetype subconsciously impressed his young mind from that show. It worked.
The key organization to recognize is The Tavistock Institute.

I instantly recalled the name Tavistock from a book that was given to me called "Conspirators Hierarchy: The Story of the Committee of 300," by former MI6 member Dr. John Coleman. If you like conspiracies or want to learn more about the world, I recommend it. It was published in 1992, to give a point of reference for any figures cited. The book has an entire chapter devoted to Tavistock Institutions in the United States. Similar to how the British Royal Institute of International Affairs is senior to the American Council of Foreign Relations, the Tavistock institute is senior to a host of American institutions. From the book:
"Today the Tavistock Institute operates a $6 Billion a year network of Foundations in the U.S., all of it funded by U.S. taxpayers' money.
