I have experimented with testosterone levels quite a bit. Here's what works best for me:
Lots of sex with lots of hot girls (preferably without condoms)
Cold showers (really do work!)
Good quality, regular sleep
Heavy lifting
High protein, high fat diet
High testosterone= high quality of life. You feel like a real man when your testosterone is pumping full steam!
