^What is you level Ballr? Think about it this way: if your testicles or you pituitary gland for any reason are not able to cause enough testosterone to be produced then you may want TRT. Now how much is enough is subjective and in particular a stupid percentile range drawn from the levels of "non-obese men" doesn't really make it objective. It also may not be easy to decide whether your pituitary gland and your testicles are alright. (Although the former can be stimulated with Clomid.)
It's at 251 (horrible, I know)
Facts
- I still get morning wood
- 27 years old
- Sex drive is fine, 3-5 rounds per bang on average
- Workout 3x a week (conditioning, lifting)
- Sleep 6-8 hours daily
- Eat whole organic, non man-made foods
- I took the test at 11:30 AM
- Still get anxiety here n there
Is it more effective to vacation away somewhere for a month with sunlight daily or just load up on D3? I am convinced social anxiety and lack of sunlight is the reason my T levels are whacky
