See, this can be a problem for guys like me. Not because I do not want to adjust my game, but because our upbringing made us "hard and tough". Along with my mother raising me to "be a man" and get used to pain, and demonstrate leadership at all costs.

Example: when I was 8 years old, I was being bullied by a bigger 12 year old in school. As my mother was picking me up from school one day, she saw this kid pushing me around as she observed from a distance. She took me home that day, sat me down, and after dinner told me "Tomorrow, you are going to go up to that kid I saw pushing you to the floor today, and you are going to hit him, over, and over, and over until your fists start to bleed or he starts crying. If you DO NOT do what I tell you to do, I am going hit, and hit, and hit you until you start bleeding." She was serious.

The next day, I did what I had to do (I was very scared), I waited for that kid, he started with his usual hitting me in the back of my neck as kind of slapping me, and I closed my fist and punch him with everything I had in my stomach, until he fell on his knees, then I punched, and punched, and punched just thinking and hoping he would start crying or my knuckles bleeding so that my mother would not hit me at home. I would much rather face a bully than my mom and her whip.

I am now 37, almost 30 years later...I still feel the pounding of that kids heart in my fists as I punched him until my own fists bled. That's how it was in my neighborhood - kill or be killed.

* Keep in mind this was early 80's in NYC, child abuse laws were not as publicly known then as today, even school teachers were allowed to hit you.

You can see how hard it is for someone who was raised on the tough streets of NYC under poor conditions, and physical confrontations almost on a daily basis, and then my early adult life, get laughed at, mocked at until you make it.

The making of a true alpha is not because he read countless books on how to be an Alpha. It's because he was raised in an environment that MADE HIM AN ALPHA, both at home and on the streets.

Asking me to be very shy, is like asking Diddy to buy his clothes at Walmart.

What? This seems stupid, but I see what you mean. I was talking to a FOB polish girl tourists about 2 months ago, and she told me she did not like American men because they were too arrogant. I then asked her what she meant, and she said one guy she was with told her he only wanted her for sex to her face (an alpha trait, no shame in just wanting sex and being up-fron about it), and she said that he then had sex with her best friend and kicked her out of the house. Polish men would never do that.

My upbringing will not allow this. Asking me to appear WEAK AND VULNERABLE like asking Obama to vote Republican, or asking one of the soldiers of the 300 to kneel to an opponent.

I seriously need to rethink my strategy in Poland, based on what you and Roosh are posting, I am being set-up for failure.
