In the vid he talks about a guy who lives in NYC and is sufficiently successful to have a solid life there. He "swallowed the Red Pill" some time ago, ditched his fiance, but now feels pressure all around him to date again after some mythical 8 months. He went of course all MGTOW abdicating women.
NYC is a good area for men to date, fuck and even marry with the lowest divorce rates in the country. The massive female surplus in the good age groups make the women behave far more and if the men make good money, then it's better than likely anywhere else in the US aside from Amish lands.
The advice that Sandman gives is to go associate himself with other single neckbeard MGTOWs. The funny part is also that he says how he talked about it with an MRA from the AVoiceForMen.
