I've thought about that question, and instead of hiding the truth I think it's better to be open about it to a certain degree but only if it's directly brought up. Revealing that you're married or have a girlfriend, done properly, can be seen as a challenge and an obstacle the woman you're gaming will have to get thru in order to win you.
