Title is a bit misleading, but MOVSM makes good points. White rice is basically a processed food (similar to white bread/flour).
Apparently the husk in brown rice stops DHT formation (https://www.anabolicmen.com/testosterone-killers/), so not sure it's that much better.
Trying to reduce my bread/oats intake as well, mainly because of pesticides being used on grains and concerns about gluten.
I've always had a bit of a distended stomach, makes me suspect I don't handle carbs that well...
I recently switched to (organic) potatoes as a major carb source, but obviously I'm trying to go low/medium carb...
