Hey guys in about a week or two me and my best friend will be traveling to Ukraine. I've been reading a lot of posts here and on other parts of the web with conflicting answers. We're both African American with game our two concerns are safety and which city has the most night clubs plus English speakers. I also attached a chart I grabbed from thekharkivtimes regarding the safest city overall.     I'm not sure if there is any truth to this ultimately I will be moving to Ukraine after this trip(I run an online company) so yeah I'd like to not live in a boring and dangerous neighborhood.
