I am Italian and I can't really differentiate girls between Italian and Spanish. They look almost same. I went to Barcelona for 2 months in 2014, I think on average, girls are ugly there as well. They are relatively easier than Italian girls, I do agree but not any hotter than Italian girls. They're same.
Eastern Europe is much much better.
They do look similar but I think there are subtle differences across the whole population. I don't think I'm the only one who thinks this, I've heard more guys rave about how hot Spanish girls are than any other place in Western Europe. The Italian accent is much more attractive though.

Keeping in mind that RVF members always tend to dump on the place they live... The Serbian and Croatian girls in Australia are smoking hot. The Greeks can be too (a lot of butterface also though). I wouldn't say the same about the Italians. They're not unattractive but they're roughly in the middle compared to the rest of Europe. Whereas the U.K and Ireland are at the very bottom, and it's girls who descend from there that you are comparing Italians to.
Spanish and Italian girls are far from perfect, however,after living in Northern Italy,there's way too much hate on them on the forum. They are still better than most of western and North western Europe,which is better than all of North America. Italy would be perfect for women if the social/urban dynamics were another story. Sicilia is also superior to the North/center of Italia and has been compared to Eastern Europe on the forum,keep that in mind.
