NO WAY, He is making WAY to much money at Citadel to be worth leaving the country. There is VERY little chance that he will be able to find a job in another country that pays even half of what he is currently making. Remember, he is NOT some location independent entrepreneur. He is an employee. Even if he did find a comparable job in some other financial capital like London, the UK has a bilateral child support enforcement agreement with the US, so he will STILL have to pay.
Besides, even if child support payments are $10K per month, if he is making $500K -1 mill a year he is better off just biting the bullet and paying child support. It might hurt a little, but just charge the experience to the game and learn from it. Heck, maybe he could use the kid as a prop to run some Single Dad Game.
