Just a theory, but couldn't this be even more useful some places overseas where drivers are more affordable? Something to think about if you can get the logistics working once you're on the ground.

I always hire a car when iam overseas also i dont really travel to low cost nations so the car cost is the same if not more.

In some developing nations, drivers are easy and affordable for westerners to hire (ex: Jamaica, Phillippines) even if they aren't wealthy.
If you could work the logistics out (some contacts on the ground would make this easier), it'd be feasible to buy a car that's considered "nice" in that part of the world (ex: Honda Accord/Toyota Camry or even a van in the Phillippines, Toyota Crown/Land Cruiser or Nissan Patrol in Jamaica, etc.) and just do the same thing you'd do here. The main difference is that the driver would be on your payroll.

Real basic... I hire a car bring bottle of Champagne or two with my Nikon D 3000. Then we drive around for 2-3 hours at night taking pictures of things in the city and her. Conveniently end the date by saying I am just a few blocks from here, lets go back to my place and upload and edit these pic.

The possibilities with this one are endless-you're basically just "selling her the dream", and giving yourself so many ways to do it.
-The use of the car itself is already a DHV-how many girls these days get picked up in black cars on first dates? You're displaying a lifestlye that's obviously going to appeal to her.
-The fact that you can take the car anywhere in the city keeps the date interesting, since you can keep spotting and commenting on new things. You could even do some light venue hopping this way (stop off at a nice lounge for a bit, then hop back in the car and do more sight seeing).
You're bound to stand out in an age when most girls are used to bars, the movies or dinner for dates.
-Getting her involved by having her take pictures or taking pictures of her keeps her interested (in the age of social networking, picture taking is obviously big for girls) and DHVs you (you have a nice camera and can show your photographic experience).
-You've got champagne to loosen the mood, and you could probably add a little music too.
Put all of this together and just add a little game + some decent clothes (as described in this thread), and I don't see how you can lose.
