Weed will definitely relax your muscles and your mind. Sometimes it's good to do that once in a great while, but certainly not a daily basis.

Like sterling_archer said, a vaporizer is the most healthy way. Tea and baking is more costly I think.

If you want to buy, reach out to some trusted friends and tell them why you want it. Most everyone has someone in their circle who knows how to get.
