I have worked on projects at a major Hollywood studio, and I can tell you that their diversity drive is all window dressing. Most of the upper management are white males, and the lower ranks are flooded with minority women, almost all east Asian. They tick two boxes, female and minority. The highest you would see a non white person was maybe a director...
I once went to a black event at this company and the highest ranked guy there was a director - that's pretty embarrassing ,because if there was any kind of other event, you may get guys who are C Level executives.
I remember one time being the only male in my corner of the office, with 7 women around me. 5 were east Asian.
Even though Los Angeles has a large Mexican population, there was only one in my team, and she was a dyke. The admin was a gay black guy. The only other black guy on my floor gave off a strong gay vibe too. I guess it would be too much for them to hire a normal masculine heterosexual black guy - white liberals can't deal with that....they'd rather deal with a bunch of quiet Asian women and effeminate faggots.
I'm originally from the UK and I noticed over 20 years ago that there was a fucking Indian on nearly every news TV show (I'm Indian myself). The minorities who work at the BBC are the "right" kind of minority - in other words they come middle class backgrounds and have been to Oxford of Cambridge. Working class people (especially whites) are shitted on by the elite - they're the first people to get fucked over when "refugees" arrive from another countries. The liberal fucks who OK all of this live in the whitest areas imaginable.

The BBC recently did a TV show where somebody travelled the world learning about religion and drugs - he was a gay Muslim! That guy's won the diversity lottery!
At my current company my coworkers are Sri Lankan man, Chinese woman, Korean woman, Vietnamese woman, Mexican woman, Puerto Rican woman, black male, Russian woman - notice who's missing? White male? Even after all that, my company wants to have "more diversity" - I guess I might see faggots and trannies turning up in my office soon..
