This is something specific I look for when I'm running my game. You can tell when a girl get a little burst of oxytocin. It's not so much when she's looking at you or laughing ...it's when you do or say something that really resonates with her. You'll see her eyes light up. It's like you have a little bonding moment and the whole rest of the scene gets tuned out and fades into the background. Pupils get dialated. Face gets flushed or rosey red.
That's the point where you should start escalating to some kino.
You'll also see it when you saying something to a group of girls and they look at each other and smile. Like they have an inside joke. Boom oxytocin burst.
