There's about 25 girls in Guadalajara that look like that and they all date big business or cartel guys. Most of the rest are fat and short and not great looking just like the vast majority of Mexican-American chicks.
In Monterrey there are a bunch just not quite as curvy and bit taller whiter and slimmer. I think you need to spend some time there to score and it is not the best city in the world. I would equate it to something like the Mexican version of Salt Lake City or Reno, NV.
