im trying to get defined abs/arms and chest in few months

hey do you guys have any suggestions for ab workouts? every time i search for ab workouts i usually get the same information.

back when i was working out a lot i was doing about 1000 reps of a few variations of sit ups. i had some results but not as much as i thought i would get.

cause abs are made in the kitchen not the gym. I see fat peckers that do endless ab and core workouts and they can do infinitely more reps of those bs exercises than I can but at the end of the day I got a 6 pack and they dont and I don't do a lick of ab specific exercises. Get your bodyfat down your abs will show up.

I also disagree with this do push ups and get defined garbage, if you can afford to go to Colombia you can find a cheap gym in naples or a rec center something, lift some real weights. You're not going to get big in 4 months but you'll start developing some shape. Truth is most guys even lifting heavy aren't going to get big unless they eat to get big so this fear of weights that some guys have is ridiculous.

You want to lose weight and get fit then it's simple math... burn more calories than you put in. You want to live like a squirrel on nuts and berries without any real significant protein intake you're going to lose muscle, you might lose overall weight but you'll be skinny fat. You want to eat clean eat some organic grass fed beef, free range eggs, shit that'll help you get healthy fats, healthy proteins into your system and help your body become an efficient fat burning machine and get to the gym. This stuff is basic, you can try to find loopholes around it but at the end of the day, compound lifts, 3-4 days a week, don't work the show muscles only, do some deadlifts and squats and see how much your show muscles develop overall... cardio post working out, find out your maintenance calories and set a calorie deficit of 500 cals a day, that'll get you a solid 1-2 pounds a week off your bodyweight, find a macro breakdown that works for you, I use a 40-40-20 myself but using that macro you can design a diet using a program like fitday which is free and get to work and you'll get to where you want eventually. You're looking for a quick fix and a cleanse and all that isn't going to do that for you, you want a quick fix you're going to need chemicals and you're not ready to go there if you can't get yourself to fit on your own.
