What techniques do you guys use to get rid of anxiety or depression without meds?

How to cure anxiety and depression:

1. Increase the amount of adversity you face daily. Make things very hard on yourself. This will completely redefine what you're depressed about and you'll at least be depressed about something legitimate. Like working out, you'll eventually get accustomed to this new difficulty and you'll have to raise the bar. In two years, you won't even recognize yourself.

2. Dump all caffeine. If I had 300mg of caffeine a day, I'd be an anxious fuck too.
