Hey dude,
I am actually so sorry to hear that you were let down by your stay in Iceland.
I know Icelanders are not known for their love of small talk, it's just not in their culture and they simply don't feel the need to strike up conversations with people unless it's about something urgent. But once everyone is out relaxing and drinking that of course changes.
I know there is a small but very noisy group of super-feminists in Iceland (and most women feel they have equal rights to men) and your book has been criticized by Icelanders and mainly those feminists, but I would like to explain to you where the aggression comes from. At least the way I see it.
You see, this expression about women in Iceland being "easy" irritates a lot of Icelanders. The fact is, women in Iceland like to think of themselves as hunters and not just game. They will go out specifically to "get lucky" if they are feeling horny and who they choose for the mating is more up to them than the guys. So I would describe them more as "willing" and not "easy".
This of course distorts the normal pick-up process since the male has minimal control in it, and hence has to make minimal effort.
Women in Iceland don't really care about how much money a guy makes or what his interests are, they look more towards his looks and personal grooming (after all they are usually just out to get laid). If they don't like what they see from the beginning, they are not likely to be interesting in talking to you at all.
For a long time, foreigners had much luck with Icelandic women since they were something different from the usual scene, but I suspect that is decreasing slowly.
I suggest putting more effort into grooming and good looks before going there. A full beard and long hair is not a popular look (if you don't mind me saying).![[Image: wink.gif]](https://rooshvforum.network/images/smilies/wink.gif)
...and one more thing, just to clarify, Iceland IS a part of Scandinavia, since it consists of Norwegian and Swedish settlers and is sociologically and culturally more or less the same as the other Scandinavian countries.
Good luck on your future quests of banging international women!
